Arthur Reel
Arthur Reel, artistic director, is the soul and heart of DCRT. Stage director, playwright, acting and communication skills teacher, Arthur Reel has dedicated all his life to the theatre. He has adapted for the stage many prose classics including Voltaire’s Candide, Stephen Crane’s Blue Hotel (for which he received a National Endowment of the Arts award), Joseph Conrad’s Heart of Darkness as well as stories by Gogol, Gorky and Chekhov.
